Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are your prices?
    Everything we do is custom made, and therefore your order comes with a custom price. The number of servings you'll need, your flavor choices and complexity of the style and design you'd like are all factored in to pricing your order. Once we have all the details we need, we will provide a detailed quote.
  • When is the best time to order?
    Celebration cakes should be placed 2-4 weeks in advance. During our peak seasons (March-May & October-December) 6-8 weeks advanced notice is recommended. Wedding cakes should be ordered a minimum of 6 months in advance. This allows time to properly plan every delicious detail, obtain needed supplies and troubleshoot any unforeseen hiccups along the way.
  • How do you collect payment?
    To secure your event date and the pricing agreed upon, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking. The remaining balance of your order total is due 7 dates before the due date. Orders placed less than two weeks in advance are required to pay in full at the time of booking. Orders will be invoiced through PayPal. We also accept Venmo and Zelle as forms of payment. Failure to pay within 48 hours of receiving the invoice will result in cancellation.
  • Where are you located?
    Our studio is located in Phoenix, Arizona and we service the entire valley. If you are picking up an order our major cross roads are Carefree Highway and I-17.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Yes! Delivery is an additional fee and calculated per mile round trip. Celebration cakes and wedding cakes that are 2-tier and greater require delivery. Once a cake leaves our studio we no longer assume responsibility for the cake and the condition it arrives in. Consider this an investment, insurance and peace of mind.
  • Do you offer Gluten Free and Vegan options?
    At this time we do not cater to food allergies. Our products do contain gluten, dairy, soy and possible tree nuts and peanuts. Should you have an allergy we have a network of other bakeries we can refer you to.
  • Do you ship?
    At this time we do not offer that service, but it's on our bucket list of future services!
  • Do you do tastings?
    Yes, absolutely! Tastings are fully custom and curated to your special tastes so booking them in advance is required. This is not your standard bakery tasting where you get basic cake flavors and standard fillings. This is where the magic happens and you get to fully customize your cakes. Tastings are $50 and will serve 2.
